Asad is very accomplished, professional and personable architect. He had many interesting ideas, several of which we incorporated into our design but, unlike some other architects we have worked with, did not try to force all of his ideas upon us. He is strict but fair with the builders, striking a very good balance between enforcing the JCT contract and pragmatism. He also has a very good sense of humour which helps to diffuse tensions (which will inevitably arise on any construction project). We would thoroughly recommend Asad.
